The International Student Center (ISC) offers two application options for international students. Please review the descriptions below and select the supplemental application that matches your situation.

Full-Time International Student Application

Complete the Full-Time International Student Application if you need Citrus College to issue or sponsor your F-1 student status and you plan to enroll as a full-time student.

This application is for:

New F-1 Students

You are applying for admission to Citrus College and need an Initial Form I-20 to obtain an F-1 student visa or begin studies in F-1 status.

F-1 Transfer Students

You currently have an active Form I-20 from another U.S. school and wish to permanently transfer your SEVIS record to Citrus College to continue your studies as a full-time student.

Reinstatement Students

You currently have a terminated Form I-20 and plan to apply to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for reinstatement of your F-1 status through Citrus College.

Change of Status Students

You are currently in the United States in a non-F-1 status and plan to apply to USCIS to change your status to F-1 student status through Citrus College.

Required Full-Time Applicant Documents

After receiving your Citrus College Welcome Letter and student ID number, you will complete the ISC Full-Time Supplemental Application and submit required documentation, which may include:

• Financial documentation (proof of funding)
• Copy of Passport
• Proof of English proficiency
• Academic transcripts and records
• Payment of Application Fee
• Any additional documents requested by the ISC
• Obtain Parent Authorization for Minor (if applicable)

Your application will not be reviewed until all required documents have been submitted.

Students who are admitted and meet all requirements will receive a Form I-20 and additional instructions regarding the F-1 student visa process and enrollment at Citrus College

Part-Time International Student Application

Complete the Part-Time International Student Application if:

• You are currently attending another U.S. college or university.
• You will remain enrolled at and sponsored by your current institution.
• You wish to take up to two courses at Citrus College (study part-time).

Required Full-Time Applicant Documents

• Copy of Passport
• Copy of Current visa
• Copy of Current Form I-20
• Designated School Official (DSO) Authorization
• Pay Application Fee
• Obtain Parent Authorization for Minor (if applicable)
